Side lying tricep push ups
Cobra neutral hand position
Cobra diamond hand position
Push up pulses
Side to side push ups
Decline push ups
Skullcrushers
Archer push ups
Diver push ups
Pike push ups
Dead stop tricep push ups
Push hold for 10 seconds
I did not include in the video slow push ups, single arm chair push ups
