GYM MYTHS !!

There are many misconceptions among people about going to the gym. We call them as Myths. Myth is something which is not true but people believe it to be real.
Today, I wanted to talk about 3 common myths about going to the gym.
Myth No .1: When are regularly practice going to the gym and stop all of a sudden, will I get obese or fat?
The answer is NO. The hormone responsible for muscle building is different from that of the hormone responsible for accumulating fat. When you go to gym, your testosterone hormone level increases which leads to lower body fat. There is no chance of your muscle tissue becoming into fat. Don’t have this as a reason for not going to the gym.
Myth No . 2: Gym is for men. Not for ladies. If women lift weight and workout, they will develop manly body structures.
It is a definite No. The hormonal structure for a woman is different from that of a man. Men have testosterone where as women have estrogen hormone. However hard women try, they cannot develop manly characters unless they have increased male testosterone hormones in their body.
In fact, it’s a good thing that women go to the gym. Because of the resistance training, osteoporosis (bones becoming softer and breaking) can be avoided. Workout strengthens the bones. Women are more prone to weakened bones due to menopause.
Women can benefit more than men by going to the gym.
Myth No . 3: Is it real that the height of the kids (15-16 years) hinder when they go to the gym? Will the growth be minimized or will kids become shorter?
Absolutely No. Growth is a different parameter. Working out at Gyms does not affect your growth in any way. Roughly during the age of 18 to 21, you will be growing no matter what happens. This is nothing to do with gym.
These three myths have stopped many people from going to the gym. I wanted to clarify this to you all. Go to gym. Do regular exercise. Not only gym, any kid of exercise is good for you overall. Thank you friends
