What exactly is a ‘queef’?
It is the sound of the air makes when it gets displaced or otherwise forced out of the body while making love. The air can get forced out by coughing, straining, laughing or during coitus. It is as simple as that, there’s nothing to get embarrassed or alarmed about. Our bodies are cool and weird at the same time, and sometimes they make noises at the most inappropriate times but just chill-it’s completely normal.
