In this difficulty, you are given only a Desert Eagle to start with, and no other weapons can be found around the world. Not only that, but your ammo consumption is of grave importance (not as much in this one but still). Meaning you have to constantly be getting head-shots or not shooting at all. Another change in this difficulty is that zombies can kill you in one hit, which is a lot more punishing than it sounds. And that in itself wouldn't be so bad, except that there are no checkpoints throughout the entire 1 hour and 40 minute experience. Though through utilizing optimal paths and risky strategies, I cut it down to approximately 26 minutes.
Just to clarify for anyone wondering, the spastic camera was unintentional. And at times the angle randomly changing is due to me trying to keep myself facing forward to avoid wrapping myself in cords.
At some points there are a few times it sounds like I got hit. In this game, if the zombie swings, regardless of whether or not it hits you, it makes a "hit" noise. That being said, I can understand the confusion.
