Editable Rectangle Tool is a mogrt file created inside after effects for use inside premiere pro cc 2019 version 13.1.4. Since no perfectly editable rectangle inside premiere pro is currently available, we created this mogrt as a temporary tool until Adobe fix this and enable advanced editable rectangle shape with full features. Currently when scaling on x and y axis separately, rectangle shapes with stroke get those strokes deformed. That also happens with responsive rectangle pinned to text.

This tool helps you create normal and rounded rectangles.
