Ingredients required - Based on 2 people
-Rigatoni Pasta - 300G
- Olive oil
- 2-3 Clove of Garlic
- Parsley finely cut
- Capers In Salted water 1 table spoon
-Scallops 100g
- Squid 100g
- Prawns 100g
- Baby Plum Tomatoes or Cherry
- Finger Chillies or Birds eye
- 100/150 ml of White Wine or Veg Stock
- Lime Zest
- 1 Table spoon of Butter
