Hey there!
Here's my vocal cover version of the intro of "7th Heaven". The TV series followed the Camden family, led by Reverend Eric Camden (played by Stephen Collins) and Annie Camden (Catherine Hicks), exploring family, faith, and friendship. The show featured an all-star cast, including a young Jessica Biel, Barry Watson, and Beverley Mitchell.
Amongst the "highly heartbreaking challenging life" led by the Camdens, we can surely bring up something peculiar to the surface and smile a bit:
- Annie and Eric Camden had a “routine” that involved just one intimate moment a week (can’t remember which day, haha!). They were EXTREMELY wild: in an episode they broke the bed and then fell off of it! Lol 😁
- The Reverend could afford living with his wife and 5 (7 later) children in a huge 1 square km villa. It only became a problem when the Parish he serviced at, offered him to buy it at a very convenient price. He couldn't just accept it! What a dilemma! 😂
- The eldest son of the Reverend, Matt, married a Jewish girl! Such a scandal! 😱😆
- The second daughter, Mary, started to hang out with "dangerous people". They were involved in serious criminal activities such smoking cigarettes and drinking a bottle or 2 of beer. She was forbidden to see them! 😂😂
- The third child, Lucy, took after her father. Later in the series she became a Reverend herself, although before getting to that pedestal of holiness, she spent seasons and seasons whining for everything. 😆
- Simon, the fourth, once wanted a piercing, then an earring. He brought a lot of concern to his parents because he stated he wanted to have sex out of the wedlock! Several episodes were built over this "desire". The whole family investigated whether if he was actually doing it or not. 😱😂
- Ruthie, the fifth, was the smartest one! 😎
- The twins, results of that "once-a-week smoking hot" appointment, didn't have the chance to cause real trouble because they were basically a bit further than toddlers by the conclusion of the series.
- In a season I can’t recall, Reverend Eric Camden doubted whether Annie was carrying their eighth child, but it turned out to be a false alarm. When he found out, he explicitly thanked the Lord that Annie was perimenopausal instead! 😁😂
Take my description above with humor, as I'm just joking! 😛
My wife and I re-watched 7th Heaven several years ago and these little perks are what stayed in my mind. 😀
A real sad fact, the actor who portrayed one of the twins (who were actually real life quadruplets), Lorenzo Brino, passed away prematurely at 21 in a fatal car crash.
I warned you, I piled up a lot of uploads in my YT Studio as drafts this summer. I'm still giving you a break from the others Alanis Morissette covers yet to come, with something more light-hearted and, in this case very short, less than a minute😁.
I hope you like my cover! If you do, please let me know or join me on this funny singing journey disaster 😁.
My life may not be perfect or particularly interesting,
but I love having fun here with all of you! ❤️
Cheers my friends!! 🤩
