Pashtoon regions bordering Afghanistan have been at the receiving end because of decades of war in Afghanistan. Pashtoons also face societal and systemic discrimination in Pakistan at various levels. Ambassador Ayaz Wazir from S.Waziristan says military operations without the support of the local community will not change much.
