You'll need:
Pork Loin Roast (Approx. 4 pounds)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Meat Thermometer

Salt the pork 3-4 hours before you cook it and put it in the fridge.
Cook it at 375 degrees until internal temperature hits 145 degrees
Let it rest for 10-15 minutes then slice and serve
