Turning fried chicken inside out! We are stuffing a layer of crispy fried chicken batter between the skin and the flesh of a chicken, shallow frying it for the batter to set, then roasting it whole in the oven to achieve crispy skin. In this episode, we are bending the rules a bit (probably a lot) to have some inside-out fried chicken fun.
