This instrument is called Guzheng (古筝). It is a Chinese traditional string plucked zither instrument similar to a Koto in Japan or gayageum in Korea.
This Guzheng (古筝) cover is from Loyal Brave True by Christina Aguilera in the Mulan Movie. The animated Mulan film was always one of the movies I watch during the holidays, and I saw other people had already made Reflection covers so I thought to try out something different with this Loyal Brave True soundtrack.
