Ingredients :
Potato cubes 500 gm (Aalu)
Capsicum cubes (Shimla mirch)
Tomato cubes (Tamatar)
Onion cubes (Pyaaz)
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp (Lal mirch powder)
Cumin powder 1 tsp (Zeera powder)
Red chili flakes 1 tsp (Kuti lal mirch)
Garlic powder 1 tsp (Lehsan powder)
Salt 1 tsp or to taste (Namak)
Chili sauce 1 tbs
Oil 2 tbs (Tail)
Directions :
* Boil potatoes on medium flame until 3/4th done approx.7 minutes.
(Aaloo ko darmiyani aanch pr 3/4th gal jaane tk pakayen approx. 7 minutes)
* Let it cool.

* In boiled potatoes add capsicum, tomatoes, onions, red chili powder,cumin powder, red chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, chili sauce, soy sauce, and mix well.
(Uble aalu me shimla mirch, tamatar, pyaaz, lal mirch powder, zeera powder, kuti lal mirch, lehsan powder, namak, chili sauce or soy sauce daal kr mix kren)
* Make shashlik sticks.
* Heat oil.

* Put shashlik sticks and cook on medium high flame until done.
