This is a video of me taking off my cheap Ebay chinese Ford tire valve covers. I didn't know that the metal would corrode and get stuck to the metal of the tire valve. After trying WD40, brute force with pliers, etc....I found that just heating them up with a propane torch and using the pliers carefully worked. I hope this helps you because if you can't get them off, you will probably need to go to a tire repair and get the valves changed out which is a lot more expensive.
