Tired of juicing so many limes just for one or a few cocktails? Well that's about to change with Super juice, the technique pioneered by bar owner and cocktail creator Nickle Morris.
Not only with this bartending technique will you get 8x the amount of juice you would from juicing alone, but the flavour is much more intense if you can believe it.
More so, this is much more shelf stable - meaning your super juice will last anywhere from 2 weeks to a whole month in the fridge. Much more sustainable and a hell of a lot less wasteful.
If you run a bar, this is the best way to instantly cut down on a large portion of your citrus waste whilst also cutting down on your prep days and pre-shift tedious juicing of citrus fruits.
For the home bartender, this means you don't have to constantly have a fruit bowl full of limes and lemons that you have to juice with every cocktail. We are told that "fresh is best" but doesn't it get annoying having to cut, squeeze and measure out lime juice with every cocktail you make? Especially on those occasions when you're making more then 1 cocktail, such as for parties, gatherings or date nights. With this technique you can juice your limes at the start of a week and have a constant supply in your fridge.
You'll find that with a fridge stocked with stable lime juice, you end up using juice more. I don't just use this for cocktails, since I've started jumping on the super juice craze I've been making lime ade, lime and soda's, even using it to clean!
