We show you how to remove the lobster tail from the shell, how to clean it, and how to sous vide it to perfection. Its super easy to do and comes out exactly the same every cook.
Recipe: Two lobster tails, teaspoon avocado oil with garlic salt for each tail (or two TBSP butter in bag), two lemon slices.
Remove shells, wash tails.
Vacuum Seal or water immersion technique.
45 minutes at 140 F
