That lady on the porch. That is her dog. That dog has killed four of our cats and animal control officer has seen this footage a cop as well and also gave the footage to the cop. Nothing has been done yet. That dog was out loose again yesterday and barked and growled at me as I carried grocery's in the house. Now my wife does not want our daughter outside without me with her.
