hissen's requirements for sorting workers are very high, because their work is related to the quality of the clothes.
we will conduct assessments on them every month, hold skills training from time to time,
beside, we'll trainning the new colleagues for 3 months, after passing the training they can be employed.
Through the camera, you can see that their sorting speed is very fast.
Each of them must sort at least 1 ton of second hand clothes every day, which is equivalent to several thousand pieces of clothes.
This production volume can't be achieved by other factories.
