Samosa Patti and Roll Patti Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
2 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
Water as required
Ghee as required
Flour for dusting
Directions:
In a bowl add flour and salt.
Gradually add water and knead a medium dough.
Rest it for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 to 10 equal portions.
Roll out the disc, apply some ghee and dust some flour.
Place another disc and repeat the process.
Roll out the bunch of discs.
Place and cook for 15 to 20 secs from both sides on a heated flat pan.
Separate each layer and gather again.
Cut the excess and make samosa or roll patti.
Use extra sheets to make papri.
Keep roll or samosa patti into zip lock bag and freeze for up to six months.
Preparation time: 40 to 45 minutes
Cooking time: 20 to 30 seconds.

ہوم میڈ سموسہ پٹی ریسپی
اجزاء:
میدہ 2کپ
نمک 1چائے کا چمچ
پانی حسبِ ضرورت
چیز حسبِ ضرورت
میدہ چھڑکنے کے لئے
ترکیب:
ایک باؤل میں میدہ،نمک ڈال کر تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے پانی ڈالیں اور ڈو گوندھ کر تیس منٹ کے لئے سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
اب ڈو کو آٹھ سے دس برابر حصوں میں کاٹ لیں۔
پھر ایک پیڑے کو بیل کر اس پر گھی،میدہ لگائیں پھر دوسری روٹی رکھ کر گھی، میدہ لگائیں اور اسی عمل کو تین سے چار بار دہرائیں۔
اب اس کو اچھی طرح بیل کر سائیڈیں کاٹ دیں اور دونوں سائیڈوں کو پندرہ سے بیس سیکنڈ کے لئے توے پر پکائیں۔
پھر اسے ایک پلیٹ میں رکھ کر پٹیوں کو الگ الگ کر کے ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔
باقی بچی ہوئی پٹی سے سموسہ اور رول پٹی بنا لیں۔
آپ بچی ہوئی پٹیوں کی پاپڑی بھی بنا سکتے ہیں۔
رول پٹی اور سموسہ پٹی کو زپ لاک میں بند کر کے دو ماہ تک فریج میں رکھ سکتے ہیں۔
تیاری کا وقت: 40-45منٹ
پکانے کا وقت: 20-30سیکنڈر
