📣📣Check out this snack list heading into this next week.
If you need help knowing what to eat for your cancer recovery, this post is for you.
Here are 17 cancer recovery snack ideas. But I wanna explain to you why I’ve selected these 17 snacks.
Let’s break it down. Here we go.
➡️Add in protein
Most women who come to me in the Cancer Freedom program are not getting enough protein. There are some very simple strategies that you can use to help bump up the protein in your diet. Start by adding in hard-boiled eggs for your mid morning snack. 🥚
➡️Add in fruits and veggies
It’s no secret that fruits and veggies or a plant forward diet is important for cancer survivors. We know that you are low in antioxidants after undergoing cancer treatments. These types of foods will help boost up your antioxidant levels.🍎
➡️Don’t forget the fiber
For long-term cancer recovery and remission do you want to increase the fiber in your diet. Of course most of us think about bran or whole wheat to increase fiber but actually some really delicious fruits have tons of fiber in them as well. Add in raspberries.🌾
➡️Pick hydrating fruits
Keeping yourself hydrated during your cancer recovery can be challenging. Your taste might’ve changed. Maybe you don’t even like the taste of water anymore. So add in hydrating fruits. Watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew.💦
You can do this cancer thriver. Pick one of these snacks and add them in to your diet each day this week.
🚨🚨But there’s a lot of information here! Don’t forget to save this real for later.🚨🚨
