Today I am going to share with you a delicious recipe of Vegetarian Chili Con Carne with Tofu. For this amazing dish you will need:
1 red onion
1 big clove of garlic
1 red pepper
1 tofu 250 g
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of corn
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of red sweet pepper
1/2 teaspoon of red chili pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
500 ml of water
2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
parsley for decoration
fresh chili pepper for decoration
