This follow along seven minute training preparation routine is one that I use before most of my more intense training sessions. Instead of long static stretches I like to systematically go through my body and work each of my joints through their range of motion. This allows for the mobilization of synovial fluid in the joint spaces and lets me check in with my body piece by piece. There are a few short "stretches" in the routine but they are more for exploring my range of motion that day rather than flexibility improvement.
