Assassin's Creed 1 originally released back in 2007, spawning the beginning of one of the biggest and best and most iconic franchises in gaming history. Since then, Assassin's Creed seems to have moved on from the first game and seems to have especially moved on from the character of Altair.

Sure, Ubisoft could easily remaster AC 1 like they did to Assassin's Creed 3, but that would certainly do this title no justice. Assassin's Creed 1, although one of my favorite games, is admittedly VERY outdated graphically and mechanically. A remake would change the game for Assassin's Creed 1 and would make the title absolutely stunning to play. With modern engines in 2023, AC 1 would be amazing.

Of course, we just need Ubisoft to actually make an AC 1 remake first...
