Since ViacomCBS had been renamed Paramount Global, and my discovery and former hunch that there wouldn't be a byline in the future, I knew I had to make a byline-less version of the 2002-2011 version of the Paramount Pictures logo.
Made with Video Maker, formerly called Video.Guru, I made this the same way I did with the 2003-2010 logo; only difference is, I didn't include a byline.
I used Microsoft Paint and Free Online Image Editor to make the template of the image from a screenshot to block the byline and registered symbol. As FOIE makes an image darker when you first edit it, I had to make the video's brightness match the template.
And since Paramount now uses a trademark symbol, I had to make a template for that, too. I made the trademark template with Paint and FOIE; I made the trademark the same color as the registered symbol to match.
As I got everything into place, I saved the video, then worked on it again by making the trademark's cue and fade-out transition slow to match the 25fps frame rate.
Also, why did I choose the fanfare from The Longest Yard (2005)? Well, I thought the fanfare was more modern than the original 1975 fanfare.
