Prof. Zheng Gangtie from the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering and his team designed a mobile robotic arm to help doctors perform basic medical exams.
The robot is fitted with cameras and can be remotely controlled, allowing doctors to operate at a safe distance. After contact with patients, the robot can even self-disinfect.
