HOW TO COOK 2 inches Ribeye and T-bone Steaks
I cooked it for 2:30hrs @ (135°F / 57°C)
I used salted butter melted to pour on top of my steaks.

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
cayenne to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces frozen blue cheese, grated
