About Fantasy Mario Party

While fooling around in a all-CPU game, I decided to do some commentary and "shout casting". The viewers than hinted at the idea of doing a format similar to fantasy football. And thus, Fantasy Mario Party was born! After a few test games, I created a fantasy league, with everyone selecting 2 characters of the 6 possible in Mario Party 1. Season 1, which is 8 weeks of Mario Party 1 matches (3 games every Friday), has a total of 75 registered players!

Gameplay and Rules

All stars, mini-games, star steals and end-game results factor into points for each character. With all computers set to Hard difficulty, we place them on a map for 35 turns and let them go at it! As the game progresses, the scores on screen are updated, and the standings shift in real time!
