I love these "coriolis effect" shows at equatorial tourist spots. Always entertaining. I'm quite dubious ouf the "science" being shared, but it's good fun nonetheless!
In this case, the spin's induced by some clever pouring and a nice little tweak from his "stabilizer"... Also note that the "equatorial" basin's drain is much shallower...
