Come to think of it, waterleaf takes lesser time to tenderize than pumpkin leave, have you ever asked yourself why it has to be placed on heat 1st before the pumpkin leaf and both have to be brought down at the same time, thereby making the waterleaf cook for a longer time than the hard pumpkin leaves.
