Lt.Esan is an action-packed Commander of a voluntary Disaster Rescue Squad whose members include highly trained officers from Tri-Services and Coast Guard. His Squad got into some of the worst Flood Affected areas in Tamilnadu and Kerala during 2015, 2018 and 2019 and rescued nearly 1300 people including many Pregnant ladies, senior citizens and infants. During COVID Crisis his team along with a few officers reached out to almost 7 Lakh people and also facilitated the development of a low-cost Ventilator through the Indian Army at Coimbatore. He is an expert in identifying and training potential youngsters to qualify as Officers in the Military and has given nearly 300 officers so far. He is also a trainer for Civil Services Personality Test and has helped many become IAS, IPS, and officers. In this video, Lt.Esan explains the various military exams and ways to crack them.
