This is all my personal opinion :) If you want to use this face, go right ahead.

Remove the hair so that you can see her head! Match the hair to the face, not the other way around.

I took a slightly different approach with the elf female. She isn't intended to look realistic, but she is intended to be ok with current lore. The elves of DA2 are beautiful yet obviously not human. Their faces remind me of deer.

Small, elegant features is key, but don't forget that the nose and the eyes need to be exaggerated.

If you're going for the DA2 lore, then she should have a very prominent nose.

If you're going for the DA2 lore, then her eyes need to be very large.

Her jaw should also be a little larger, or you will end up with a strangely shaped head. The Elves of Theadas have very delicate chins, so watch out for making it too pointy.

As with any female face, making the forehead larger creates a younger face. Full cheeks give her a younger face too.

Since this elf is of the Dalish, I gave her tattoos. Use what tattoos you want :) just remember that the Dalish should have tattoos and City Elves usually don't.

Were I to play this Elf she would be ruthless against humans. She'd end up with no one in the end as Tamlen was her true love. She'd complete the ritual by having the secret companion complete it, and then take all the glory for herself and the Dalish :)
