Hobi is Sunshine personified. His positive aura could make our dark days brighter.

Hobi is called "Sunshine" because of his bright and bubbly personality. Let's not forget that the sun is hot too. But before he got that title from ARMY, Hobi already had a similar nickname pre-debut.

Hobi's smile had always been noticeable, genuine, and sincere. And because of that, Hobi's pre-debut underground dance crew, Neuron, gave him a nickname. Despite reaching superstardom status and worldwide fame, Hobi remained humble and grateful.

Hobi was previously spotted doing photo ops with military bands and honor guards from various divisions. ARMY were worried that Hobi would lose his Sunshine aura in the military. But these clips prove he is the same Hobi we know before enlisting.

While Hobi was serving as assistant instructor Jung Hoseok and not j-hope of BTS, he agreed to take pictures with everyone. And even though Hobi already returned to his position, he came back in front when another group wanted to take photos with him.

As if that wasn't enough proof that Hobi brought Neuron's Smile Hoya and BTS's Sunshine to the military, a netizen shared a friend's experience with Corporal Jung Hoseok.
