We come to you today with heavy hearts for the families and communities affected by the recent earthquake in Syria and Turkey. We pray for your comfort and peace to be with those who have lost loved ones, their homes and possessions.

We ask that you give the rescuers and aid workers the strength, resources and wisdom they need to provide help to those in need. We pray that you bring healing to those who are injured and traumatized, and that you bring hope to all who are facing difficult circumstances.

Please be a source of comfort and hope to those affected by this disaster, and help them to see your love and care for them in the midst of their suffering.

We trust in your faithfulness and your ability to bring good out of even the most difficult circumstances. We ask that you bring about a swift end to the suffering of those affected by this earthquake and that you bring peace to the region.
