Virtual listing appointments, virtual real estate showings and electronic documents have increased in recent months in response to current events. We have been well prepared well before all this started to be more efficient.
The real estate market here in Plano Texas 75075, according to the recent numbers pulled from the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), is still strong. Inventory remains low and yet demand is still high.

Home buyers remain active as well and continue to still put contracts on homes. Sellers, provided they price the house right have continued seeing quick sales in our area.
The Plano real estate market , despite of all that has and is happening remains strong.
There are many steps in the homes selling/buying process. These days with the technology, much of this can be handled online. Title companies also have and provide mobile closings. The few things that still need human interaction – the buyer will probably want to physically at the house before submitting contract. Home inspection will need to be done by a licensed inspector. An appraiser may have to enter the house although there has been some news that may allow them to do visual form the outside, check with the lender. Most documents, photos, reports, video can be done via online.
