In this video, we look at the Endoplasmic Reticulum and Golgi Apparatus. First, we explore how different proteins can be targeted to different destinations. We then explore the roles of the Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum and Golgi Apparatus in protein synthesis, modification and targeting. Finally, we look at the roles of the Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum.
