Knife making is really a stress releving process for me and all of my knife making builds are inspired from forge in fire and some great knife maker like alec stele, Slavik Telly, Simple little Life and traditional japanese knives. So this Dagger completely inspired from forged in fire and since I am a huge fan of Alec stele that's why I gave it the little touch of Kriss dagger made by him. Initially, the build was decided to made with feather Damascus but I wasn't able to get it on time and because of that proceeded with D3 high carbon high chromium steel mainly used for making tools. Extremely hard to work on but happy with the outcomes. Need to learn a lot in knife making. Got some issue in handle work, But I handle that handle quite nicely. Make sure if you are going to make mosaic slab than do not add too much of metal because an overheating problem might separate your pins like what happened to me. a lot of bad things happened to me during this build, First my blower gets burnt out, after that due to too much filing there is intense pain starts in my right-hand forearm that its almost impossible to hold anything from that hand, even today when I posted this video that pain still remains there. But overall I worked extremely hard for this build. last three-four days I worked for almost 16-17 hrs and that's a huge nightmare for me. The final result helps me getting stronger and stronger for the future knife making builds.
