This is one of my favorite essential oil blends to help muscle or joint pain and is super simple to make.
✅Recipe:
1oz unscented cream/lotion
5 drops of lavender essential oil
4 drops of ginger essential oil
4 drops peppermint essential oil
4 drops black pepper essential oil
Combine and use on any aches or pains.
