In this video, Steve with Upstart Epoxy breaks down three common mistakes when working with epoxy resin. By watching this video we hope that you can save yourself plenty of time and money.

The most costly mistake we see people making is not properly sealing their projects. We highly recommend ensuring every seam, crack, and crevice is sealed perfectly. You definitely don’t want any epoxy resin leaking out of your project!

The next mistake we see people making is not measuring out your epoxy correctly. It’s better to have an accurate measurement of the epoxy you will be using that way you don’t waste any. You can use the calculator on our website found here: [ Ссылка ]

The third mistake we see people make which isn’t as common but does happen is overheating your piece. This is especially important when working with Table Top Epoxy Resin. Because table top epoxy resin cures quickly it heats up very quickly also. That is why it is important when heating your piece to rid of any bubbles that you move your heat gun or torch back and forth consistently. We do not advise keeping your heat gun or torch on a particular area for too long as it will cause that area to rupture by heating and ultimately curing too quickly.
