How do you change your life? We often believe that the answer to this question is complex, but what if this wasn't the case? What if achieving change was actually much simpler than we think?
In his speech, Luca Chen talks about the effects of people’s habits on their lives, explaining how habits determine the course of a person's life. Drawing from the research of many experts, including bestselling author James Clear's book “Atomic Habits”, Luca presents the science behind the challenges of change and introduces five fundamental rules for improving habits. Luca Chen, is 13 years old and attends the Canadian International School of Phnom Penh. His hobbies include camping, skiing, and sleeping in. He really enjoys learning about math, biology, and personal growth. In the coming years, he aspires to become a better student and hopefully survive the IB curriculum.
