In this episode, Coach Kav travels to The Spot Athletics to talk with the owner and world champion powerlifter JL Holdsworth, as he talks about his background, his philosophies, and his thoughts on getting stronger for the high school athlete.
JL Holdsworth is one of the most strongest and most experienced strength coaches within the industry. His experience include working at the University of Kentucky strength program and as a world champion powerlifter. His resume includes being a NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USAW Olympic lifting coach, TPI Golf Fitness, Be Activated Certifications, and owning The Spot Athletics.
The Spot Athletics is a private training facility located in Columbus, Ohio that brings world class coaching and education to the community level.
