• 1 (750-mL) bottle Rum
• 1 Vanilla bean
• 1-2 (3-inch) slice Orange peel, white pith removed OR 1TB Orange peel dried.
• 2 Cinnamon stick
• 1 TB of Allspice
• 4-6 Cloves
• 6-8 Black peppercorns
• A pinch Ground nutmeg
• 2+ slices Fresh ginger
