Hudson Yards is a real estate development in the Chelsea and Hudson Yards neighborhoods of Manhattan, NYC. It is the largest private real estate development in the United States by area. The first of its two phases, opened in 2019, comprises a public green space and eight structures that contain residences, a hotel, office buildings, a mall, and a cultural facility.

Vessel (TKA) is a public structure and landmark that was built as part of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project in Manhattan, New York City, New York. Construction began in April 2017; it opened on March 15, 2019. Designed by the British designer Thomas Heatherwick, the elaborate honeycomb-like structure rises 16 stories and consists of 154 flights of stairs, 2,500 steps, and 80 landings for visitors to climb.

The High Line is a 1.45-mile-long (2.33 km) elevated linear park, greenway and rail trail created on a former New York Central Railroad spur on the west side of Manhattan in NYC. The High Line’s design is a collaboration between James Corner Field Operations (Project Lead), Diller Scofidio + Renfro, and Piet Oudolf. The abandoned spur has been redesigned as a "living system" drawing from multiple disciplines which include landscape architecture, urban design, and ecology.

Again, in the left you can see part of the shell that covers The Shed.

The elevators use a rack and pinion mechanism that allows lifting the cabin in an angled inclination. It’s unique.

Here is the top of the Shed, the shell roof is visible.

From the top, the inside resembles a honeycomb structure joined with stairs everywhere, all interconnected.
