Instructions
Rinse off your chicken feet and place them into a pot, fill the pot with water just enough to cover the feet, cover your pot and let it simmer at a low to medium heat with occasional stirring until your water has become an almost milk color. From here strain the broth into a container and let cool to a jelly consistency, serve as needed.
