As one of my favorite stitches, Even Count Peyote is a great beginner stitch because it has so much variety once you master it. I can create patterns that allow me to be endlessly creative. In this video, I walk you through how to start even count peyote and how to attach more thread as you work. An average size bracelet will use about 12-15 feet of thread so to save yourself time untangling thread, please work with a length that you are comfortable working with. I’d say on average about 4-6 feet at a time is plenty.
