I made this Wire Bender for a couple specific bends in 4 mm wire. I started with the Nut and Allen Screws because they were hard. I'm still tuning, and I have a couple ideas for my next bender already but this is pretty good. Better than expected. I have a store bought standard bender made to bend anything but it could never grab the end of the wire and do these tight little bends all together.
The whole thing is small, built to work with my bench vice. I could have used my grinder to make the nut but I wanted to see if I could get through it on the little mill. In the end, Carbide cuts everything.
