Ridley-Tree Cancer Center celebrated the opening of the Wolf Education & Training Center by hosting the first community event in the new space, Cancer Prevention: From Research to Public Benefit. Peter Greenwald, MD, DrPH, former Associate Director for Cancer Prevention at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and a former Assistant Surgeon General in the U.S. Public Health Service, discussed the history of cancer prevention from his career experience, and addressed current and future cancer prevention research initiatives.
