The MTA is hard at work making our systems more sustainable. Tom Abdallah, VP of Design Services and Chief Environmental Engineer, oversees a number of projects focused on sustainable practices. From recycling rain water for washing buses to the way we design our buildings, Tom walks us through what he's been up to over the years with the MTA.
