Malabari curry is a South Indian curry which is generally made with fish or chicken, but in this video, I will be making with mix vegetables. You can substitute the vegetables shown in the video with any vegetables of your choice. Every South Indian restaurant will have their own version of this curry, but it will always be a mixture of spices and coconut based curry.

A good mix of vegetables of multiple colours and flavours with a thick and spicy coconut based curry gives a rich taste and amazing mouthfeel. This spicy curry can be served with rice, roti, dosa, appam, havan or idiyappam.
