► CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL - What does it mean?
Constructive Dismissal, at its core, is when an employee has made a decision to resign from their employment because the change made or requested by their employer is not possible, or would result in fundamental change to their employment.
Factors that would trigger a Constructive Dismissal may include demotion, relocation, lay off, pay reduction, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, or discrimination.
If you believe you are experiencing a Constructive Dismissal, talk to employment lawyer Lior Samfiru at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP to discover what your workplace rights are, and the next steps that you should take.
