Try to cook this delicious and flavorful turkey meatball soup.


For the the meatballs we need:
- 1lb of turkey ground beef
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of fresh chopped parsley
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 clove of fresh garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbls. of olive oil

For the soup we need:
- 1 diced onion
- 1 medium diced carrot
- 1/2 bunch of diced celery
- 1,5 potatoes
- 1 tbls. of tomato paste or sauce
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of water
- salt and pepper to taste

Soup preparation time 50 min.
