The secret to massive duplication in Network Marketing is that it's not what works for you, it's what works for your entire MLM team.
This is vital for growing your business. You might have certain skills or talents that you're great at but if your team can't easily replicate them, your distributors are not going to succeed.
So, the best thing you can do is set up a system that is easily duplicatable. Here are the "four pillars of duplication in network marketing."
MLM TIPS: SECRET TO MASSIVE DUPLICATION IN NETWORK MARKETING
1. Getting Started System in MLM
It's important to set the right expectations in the very beginning to let your new distributor understand that success in network marketing takes a lot of work and that it won't happen overnight. Explain to them that in order to see the "fruits of their labor," they'll need to commit to at least one year of consistency.
Let me repeat that...
If you want to be successful and understand the importance of duplication in network marketing, you must be committed to spending at least 1-2 hours per day on your business.
2. Communication
In the very beginning stages of a new distributor's career in MLM, they are going to be nervous and hesitant about the decision they made to invest in their new business. This is why it's important for you to plug them into your team training as well as introduce them to your team and team leaders.
I like to compare this to inviting a friend over to a party.
Your friend comes to your party where there's booze, a band playing, and your place is packed with people. It would seem polite to say hello to your friend and introduce your friend to different people at the party so they feel comfortable at your place.
Same thing with your new distributor. Give them confidence that they made a smart decision and congratulate/welcome them into your team page. Plug them into your team trainings so they can learn the business and have them jump on your weekly team webinars to feel the culture of your team!
3. Big MLM Tip: Set the right example
People will do what they SEE you do, not what you SAY you'll do.
If you're teaching your team in your MLM duplication training that they need invite 3-5 people per day to look at the business opportunity video or product sample, then you need to be doing the same, if not, more!
It is these small tasks that you do every single day, over a long period of time, that will allow you to have success in Network Marketing...and when you get a large group of people to do the same as you, that's what I like to refer to as #freedom baby!
4. "Tap Rooting" in Network Marketing
Most network marketers will only help the surface layer of their downline such as their own personally sponsored. Tap rooting is when you go deep into your MLM organization and you find people who are producing volume and you help them grow as a leader.
This does not mean that you ONLY help those who produce volume. However, what this does is FORCE duplication from below all the way to the top.
An example of this is like starting a fire. When you start a fire, you light from the bottom of the fire pit. Once it catches a flame, the wood above lights and now you have a fire. (Fire-starting 101. Thanks Dad!)
